Summer Peanut Butter Drive

STICK IT TO HUNGER!

Join Feeding Louisiana in supporting Louisiana’s food banks with a summer peanut butter drive!

Why PB? Peanut butter is a low-cost form of protein that is easy to transport, versatile, and in high need at our food banks.

Why now? During summer break, many kids aren’t receiving free lunches from school. Think of how many peanut butter and jelly sandwiches your donation can help provide!

How You Can SPREAD THE LOVE this Summer:

  1. Buy a jar or jars of peanut butter and either drop into a food bank collection bin at your local grocery store (if available) OR drop off at your local food bank directly.

    Note: All Rouses locations have a food bank donation bin and many Albertsons, Walmart, Kroger, and Winn-Dixie locations also have bins!

    We recommend calling your grocery store ahead of time to see if they have a food bank donation bin.

  2. Donate the equivalent monetary amount using the form below.

  3. Contact your local food bank if you’re interested in organizing a full food drive focused on peanut butter! See food bank contact information below.
